The security of customers’ personal information is very important to Divna. All information is stored on restricted database servers and is protected by SSL (secure sockets layer) software. This software encrypts all personal information including name, address, phone number, and credit card number which protects it against unauthorized access.

Privacy

Personal information will not be disclosed, sold, traded, shared, or rented to any third party without consent. The information is used solely for the purpose of improving customers’ shopping experiences and telling them about Divna products, services, promotions, special offers, and other news. Information such as date of birth, age, and survey type questions are optional and used as demographics to help Divna better cater to its customers’ needs and wants.

Unsubscribing

E-mails and/or mailers will be used to notify customers of the status of their order, to inform them about Divna news, upcoming events, new merchandise, and special offers. If a customer prefers not to receive e-mails or mailings, they may be removed from the Divna database by unsubscribing at info@divna.ca.

Cookies

Cookies are used to collect information about how customers use the site. They allow Divna to check a customer’s status and facilitate access to their preferences. Cookies tell Divna who has visited the site but do not store any personal information. They are an identifier for the system which enables Divna to provide shopping cart features allowing it to administer a customer’s entire shopping experience. The system encrypts all cookies which cannot be read by other sites.
