RETURNS
Divna stands by its products and offer of great service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit.
In Person Purchases
Returns will be accepted 10 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned must be unworn, in its original box, with a receipt. Items bought at full price will be refunded. Sale items will be exchanged or a store credit will be issued – no refunds. Clearance items are Final Sale. Special orders will be exchanged only, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Online Purchases
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date of shipment. Merchandise returned must be unworn, in its original box, with a receipt. Items bought at full price will be refunded. Sale items will be exchanged or a store credit will be issued – no refunds. Clearance items are Final Sale. Special orders will be exchanged only, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
**Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
